Commercial cancellation policy

This policy operates in addition to, and does not restrict, mandatory statutory consumer rights. Unless a booking states otherwise, cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled first handover is eligible for a full refund. Later eligible cancellations may receive 50%. A customer no-show is normally refundable at 0%.

Statutory withdrawal

For distance contracts, EU/national law may provide a statutory withdrawal period depending on the legal classification and circumstances of the service. Where it applies, BeachPackr will honour it. If you ask performance to begin before that period ends, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request early performance and acknowledge any legally applicable proportional charge for performance already provided.

Flight delays

A flight delay is not automatically treated as a no-show where the customer has supplied an accurate flight number or promptly informs BeachPackr. We will use reasonable efforts to rearrange airport handover/return.

Contact hello@beachpackr.com and quote your booking code. Refund timing depends on the original payment provider and banking system.
